Individuals may enter three events including a relay We will be running trials and finals in 100 meters and the 100 and 110 meter hurdles Each team will be allowed one team in the relays 4X800, 4X100 & 4X400 Best of four attempts will used to determine winner in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put , Discus and Javelin ----Three attempts will still be used at each height of the Pole Vault and High Jump Order of events will follow NFHS guidelines. Track events will have boysï¿½ races followed by girlsï¿½ races Field events Girls Pole Vault followed by boys Girls High Jump followed by Boys Boys Long Jump followed by girls- Triple jump for boys will begin after finish of Girls Long Jump Boys Javelin and Girls Shot Put will begin at the same time and then reverse. Discus will Begin with the finish of girls Javelin with boys followed by girls Meet will begin at 4:00 PM with Field events with track events starting at 4:30 PM Scoring will be for 6 places 10-8-6-4-2-1 Relays 10-8-6-4-2-1 Field events Girls Pole Vault followed by boys Girls High Jump followed by Boys Boys Long Jump followed by girls- Triple jump for boys will begin after finish of Girls Long Jump Boys Javelin and Girls Shot Put will begin at the same time and then will reverse. Discus will begin with the finish of girls Javelin with boys followed by girls Meet will begin at 4:00 PM with Field events with track events starting at 4:30 PM Scoring will be for 6 places 10-8-6-4-2-1 Relays 10-8-6-4-2-1 Ribbons will be awarded to the top 6 finishers in each event. There will be Team trophies for 1&2 in both boys and girls and MVP trophies for boys and girls track and boys and girls field
