Notes: The Mystic River Valley Triathlon is a 1/2 mile swim, 14.4 mile bike, 3 mile run. The swim is a triangular course around buoys in the Mystic River.

Event details and schedule

Start time is 8:00a sharp. Please plan on arriving early.

Wave one will be at 8:00a for Men 39 and under. Wave two will be at 8:03am for Men 40 and over. Wave three will be at 8:06am for Women and Teams.

Timing: We will be using a chip timing system. Chips may be picked up the morning of the race in designated areas.

Teams will need to pass off their chip in the transitions area. Course maps will be posted on our website: http://www.oceancommunityymca.org

Pre-Race Annoucenements: Competitors, please be prompt in assembling on the beach at 7:50am
