Individuals may enter three events including a relay

Each team will be allowed one team in the relays 4X800, 4X100 & 4X400

Best of four attempts will used to determine winner in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put ,
Discus and Javelin ----Three attempts will still be used at each height of the Pole Vault and High Jump

Order of events will follow NFHS guidelines. Track events will have boys’ races followed by girls’ races

Field events Girls Pole Vault followed by boys

Girls High Jump followed by Boys


 Boys Long Jump followed by girls- Triple jump for boys will begin after finish of Girls Long Jump

 Boys Javelin and Girls Shot Put will begin at the same time and then reverse. Discus will

 Begin with the finish of girls Javelin with boys followed by girls



Meet will begin at 4:00 PM with Field events with track events starting at 4:30 PM

Scoring will be for 6 places 10-8-6-4-2-1
