Enterprise Entry System
Instructions

   
New Users:
Create User ID (Use email account as User id)
Input Team and User Information (If no team, enter unattached)
Click Submit to Process Data -
If Successful, User will receive two lines of confirmation confirming user id creation and team name creation.
Click Continue to Return to main Log in Menu
   
  Returning Users:
 
  Log in to the System with User Id and Password
  Enter Athletes on your roster (One Time Step at the beginning of the season)
  Review Roster using Option 8 (Review / Update Athlets)
 
Track 1-2-3 System Entry
   
 
    1. Enter Roster
    2. Select meet (Wesleyan Development 3)

    3. SELECT OPTION to Enter Athletes into Meet
              Select athlete name from drop down list
              Then select the events that each athlete is to enter (ie 55, 1600)
              and enter a mark ie 5:00.0
              Hit confirm to SUBMIT ENTRY

    4. SELECT OPTION TO Enter Relays into Meet
              Select relay name from drop down list
              Then enter the mark  for the relay ie 4:01.0
              Hit confirm to enter the relays
    5. Request email confirmation

 
   
===> Review / Edit Track Entries
Review / Edit Relay Entries and Relay Line up
   
===> Use Option 8a to request email confirmation for Track Entries
   

Cross Country 1-2-3 Entry
   
  1. Enter Athletes on your roster
  2. Select Meet to Enter your athletes (Option 5)
  3. Enter Athletes into Meet (Option 6) - Click Submit Button
   
   
==> Review / Edit Individual Cross Country Entries
   
==> Use Option 8a to request email confirmation for Cross Country Entries
   
Track System Data Formats
   
 
          FORMAT FOR FIELD EVENT ENTRY

  USING FEET AND INCHES:  USE DASH AS SEPARATOR 

  32-0 (means 32 feet 0 inches; 12-9 (means 12 feet 9 inches)

  USING METRIC:   1.95 meters

                 FORMAT FOR DASH ENTRY (400 and below)

  END THE MARK WITH THE TENTH (HAND TIME ) OR HUNDREDTH (FAT) 

  HAND TIMES = 10.0  means 10.0  seconds using hand times
                6.6 (means 6.6 seconds)

  FAT TIMES  = 10.24 means 10.24 seconds using FAT
                6.69 means 6.69 seconds using FAT


              FORMAT FOR RUNNING EVENTS (500 and Longer)

  END THE MARK WITH THE TENTH (HAND TIME ) OR HUNDREDTH (FAT) 

  HAND TIMES = 3:10.0  means 3 minutes 10  seconds)
               1:20.0  means 1 minute 20 seconds
               4:05.3

TO ENTER A 60 METER TIME FOR THE 55 SELECT EVENT: 55 AND FOR MARK ENTER 60 TIME FOLLOWED BY -60 ..EXAMPLE 7.20-60 ..EXAMPLE 7.70-60
