Notes:	Race Day Schedule: • 1:00 Course Tour, begins promptly, meet at start. • 2:30 Boys Varsity Race • 3:10 Girls Varsity Race • 3:50 Boys JV Race • 4:30 Girls JV Race Refreshment Box Pick Up and Awards near the Tennis Pavilion immediately following the Boys JV race. If you are leaving early, please let us know ahead of time and please take snacks with you. Invitational Entry: Entry covers Platt Timing services for 4 races, bibs with timing chips, website, award, snacks, etc. • $100 per Varsity team • $50 per JV team If you enter runners in each race – the total is $300 for example. Checks are due by 11/1. Made payable to The Williston Northampton School & mailed to: Williston Northampton School Attn: Melissa Brousseau 19 Payson Ave. Easthampton, MA 01027 Rosters: You will receive an invitation from Platt Timing Systems to enter your roster. You can change who runs in varsity and jv on race day without any forms. • Designate Varsity runners (maximum of 10) • Designate JV runners (no maximum) on the roster. • We ask that your athletes are capable of finishing the course in under 35 minutes as races are back to back and we cannot delay start times. Darkness will factor for safety.
